Germany have won the right to host the 2024 European Championship.
The three-time winners of the competition who hosted the event in 1988, won 2024 hosting right after they beat Turkey in a vote by UEFA's executive committee in Nyon, Switzerland on Thursday.
The competition is expected to last for 32 days with 51 games to be played in June and July.
Berlin's Olympic Stadium will host the final of the 24-team competition, while nine other cities that will be used for games are Cologne, Dortmund, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, Gelsenkirchen, Hamburg, Leipzig, Munichand Stuttgart.
